Vita

Chao-Chin Wu is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Changhua University of Education, Taiwan. He received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, in 1998. He joined National Changhua University of Education as an Assistant Professor in August 2000. He was the Director of Computer Center, National Changhua University of Education from August 2005 to July 2007. Also, he was the Chairperson of Computer Science and Information Engineering from August 2007 to July 2010.  He was a visiting scholar at Virginia Tech from August 2010 to July 2011.

His research interests are in multi-core high performance computing, parallel and distributed computing, and intelligent computing. He is a member of the IEEE.
